Developing a new picture or a series of pictures including or starting from a picture that is part of or results from another picture, is my definition of derivative art. I create a new point of view that evokes different thoughts and emotions.
Art comes to life, a changing continuum presents itself as a frame of the chosen combination. The initial artwork is blooming by allowing a new art world to unfold.
Life is not a still organism and my art imitates life as accurately and as chaotic as possible.
Imagination knows no limits.
Words inspire thoughts. Thoughts inspire actions. Actions generate outcomes.
Outcomes repeated often enough become art that fuels imagination.
I put a lot of thought and value in the combinations I choose to create my derivative art. And I confess, most of the time, I am in love with my choices. The rest is learning, developing following the vision.
